No Refunds

All subscription purchases made through Bhaktidwar are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

Partial subscription periods
Unused subscriptions
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction after content has been accessed
Failure to cancel before the renewal date
Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their account settings or the respective app store.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, eligible duplicate or erroneous charges may be resolved at our sole discretion.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us
