All videos, music, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and content on Bhaktidwar are owned by Bhaktidwar Media Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to us.

No content may be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Streaming Quality

Video quality depends on:

Internet speed
Device compatibility
Network conditions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming.

8. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

Violates these Terms
Engages in fraudulent activity
Misuses the Platform
9. Limitation of Liability

Bhaktidwar shall not be liable for:

Internet interruptions
Device incompatibility
Temporary service outages
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai City, India.
